BLACKHOLE

Beauty becomes image when every detail belongs to the same world.

Black as structure, acid green as interruption — the project where one disruptive detail became a method.

The Case

Context

An authorial editorial project where beauty, styling, image-making and graphic experimentation operate as one world rather than as separate disciplines.

Build a complete visual world from contrast — black as structure, acid green as interruption, glossy skin and hard industrial details as tension.

Direction

Dark editorial minimalism interrupted by an acidic signal. Strong crops, black reflective material, spikes, graphic collage, controlled artificial colour.

  • Let black carry most of the image so the acid accent remains rare and decisive.
  • Use beauty, hair, styling, set and graphic treatment as one visual system.
  • Push unusual camera angles and crops rather than conventional beauty framing.
Outcome

Concept development, beauty direction and image development by Sara De Blasi.

A recurring principle that still informs the studio: one disruptive detail can change the perception of the whole image.
