This website is a showcase site: it does not include registration, a members area, e-commerce, newsletters, or profiling of visitors.

Contact requests. The form on the Contact page does not send or store data on this site; completing it opens your email client with a pre-filled message that you send directly. The data in the message (name, email address, brand or project, project type, indicative timings, request text) are processed to respond to the request and manage any resulting professional relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us.

Technical browsing data. As with any website, the servers delivering the pages record technical data (for example IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request) necessary to enable browsing and to ensure the security and stability of the service.

Providing data in the contact/email request is optional. However, without the information needed to identify the request and contact the data subject, it may not be possible to reply or start a professional relationship. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

The site does not install analytics, statistics, profiling, or advertising cookies, and does not use tracking pixels, social widgets, chat tools, or similar third-party tracking tools. For this reason there is no consent banner: there are no processing activities for which your consent is required.

The only information stored locally in the browser (localStorage) is a technical preference that remembers the privacy/cookie notice has been closed, so it does not reappear on every page or refresh. This preference does not contain personal data or identifiers and is not used in any way for tracking: it is removed by clearing the site data from the browser, which you can control at any time from the privacy and cookies section of your browser settings.

If measurement or marketing tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested, where required, through a dedicated banner.

The site fonts are hosted directly on the domain: displaying them does not involve requests to external servers or the setting of cookies.

The site is hosted on third-party infrastructure, which processes the technical browsing data described above on behalf of the Data Controller.

Some links lead to external sites (for example Instagram and the editorial makeup portfolio): once the link is followed, those sites' policies apply.

Emails received are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting professional relationship, and afterwards for the period required by law. Technical data are retained by hosting providers according to their respective technical log retention periods.

You may at any time request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of, and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@saradeblasistudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
